On September 13, 2026, Dat Phuoc Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Serena Riverside project, marking the next step in its investment and real estate development journey in the Southern region.
This is the second project the company has undertaken in the area adjacent to Binh Duong Boulevard, benefiting from its connection to the center of Ho Chi Minh City via National Highway 13 and the prospect of benefiting from the road's upgrade and expansion.
Serena Riverside is built on a plot of land nearly 6000m2, with a total investment of 1.175 billion VND, providing 622 units, including 485 apartments (approximately 78%), 128 officetels (20.6%), and 9 shophouses (1.4%) of the total units.
Apartments play a central role in the project's structure, meeting residential needs; officetels and shophouses provide additional options for workspace and business. One-bedroom and one-bedroom plus apartments range in size from 43.03–66.09 m²; two-bedroom apartments from 69.22–87.42 m²; and three-bedroom apartments are 125.14 m².
The variety of sizes offers options to suit the needs and scale of each family. It is expected that the price for Officetel units will start from 50.6 million VND/m2 and residential apartments from 56.3 million VND/m2. The project is expected to be handed over to customers in Q4 2028.
